Stepwise Enrollment & Subsidy Process
For Manufacturers
Enlistment on Agriculture Portal

Visit the Matir Katha/FMS portal.

Locate the Google Sheet/form/link for Manufacturer Enlistment.

Click, fill, and submit manufacturer details online by 30th July 2025.

Mandatory uploads: GST certificate, trade license, PAN, product details (make, model, MRP, etc.), balance sheet, trademark (if any).

Map dealers for each product; provide service center details and bank details.

Product Enrollment for Subsidy

Enter detailed product information and upload price (MRP) financial year-wise.

The submitted products and MRPs will be verified and approved by State/District Agriculture Officers via the portal.

Approval Stage
Invoice Upload: Manufacturer to Dealer

Upon sale, the manufacturer must upload the invoice given to the dealer in the agri portal (mandatory step for subsidy tracking).

Invoice Upload: Dealer to Farmer

The dealer, upon sale to the eligible farmer, must upload the corresponding dealer-to-farmer invoice in the portal.

Subsidy Approval Process
Verification: All documents, including invoices and uploaded MRPs, are verified by government officials.

Product MRP Approval: MRPs are checked and approved to ensure compliance.

Eligibility: Only products registered and mapped (manufacturer → dealer → farmer) are considered for subsidy disbursal.

DBT Mode: Subsidy is transferred directly to the farmer’s bank account
